an assessment of what is needed. We can make some repairs on site, and
some, we will pick your PC up and repair and drop back off to you when
complete

- Some small problems are quickly averted getting you back up and
running in short order.
- Most off site repairs done in 48-72 hours
- Pickup and drop off are free with paid service (in our service area)
- We have 4 technicians waiting to assist and can be at most locations
in less than 24 hours. We strive for same day when possible.
- We can also service many server and software problems quickly and
efficiently, experienced in MS Win 95,98,Me, XP Home, Pro, 2000Pro,
Server and SQL
Charges
- We charge $65 per hr for service and repairs in our local area. Areas
ouside of local are charged $100 per hour, we do not charge travel time and
materials are always an extra charge.
- We are Microsoft certified and can solve most problems on site.
